French Wine and Food Series: Champagne

COURSE SYNOPSIS

The very name, ‘Champagne’, conjures a mix of excitement and celebration.  In this course we’ll dive into Champagne full-tilt with an exploration of wine styles, production methods and producers. From ‘grower’ champagnes to traditional ‘house’ wines, we’ll taste and learn what makes these wines unique and identify our own preferences in style. Plus, each wine will be paired with a beautifully curated food course to highlight its character. What a perfect way to learn and celebrate the holiday season!
