Bubbles Across the World Part Deux!

Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Sparkling Wine…what do they have in common?  Bubbles!  Join Kathryn House McClaskey our founder and master wine educator in learning about bubbles from across the world.  We’ll discuss different styles of sparkling, the winemaking behind each and compare and contrast their similarities and differences.  Enjoy a class perfect for celebrating the holidays as you enjoy five sparkling wines, nosh on delicious cheese and charcuterie, and explore different styles and what makes each unique.  Become a bubbles afficionado and never call all sparkling wine Champagne again!
