SMAK Rose Class

One of Washington’s most inspiring new winemakers is coming to town and we’re proud to host her in for a class all about rose!  Fiona Mak, owner and winemaker at SMAK Wines from Walla Walla, Washington will guide us through a tasting of her four seasonal roses.  As a winemaker and winery dedicated to producing only rose wines, Fiona will share her perspective on rose winemaking as well as how and why she loves crafting these beautiful wines.  Light cheese and charcuterie will be served to experience the delight of pairing these wines with food.  This is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!
