Students who cancel within 14 days of registration and at least 14 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund of payment minus a $100 non-refundable registration fee. Course transfers cannot be carried forward to a subsequent academic year. Course transfers of a confirmed booking either to another course or applicant can be made up to 14 days before the course start date on payment of a $100.00 administrative fee plus the cost of any additional study materials which may be applicable. Examination dates are connected to the course onto which you book. Transfer of an exam to an alternative date at least 14 days prior to the original examination will incur an administration fee of $100.00. All examination transfer requests less than 14 days before the examination will incur an administration and re-sit fee of $100. Students who have failed their previous WSET Level 2 Award in Wines exam may apply to re-sit the exam. The exam re-sit fee is $125 and students will have one year from the course start date to sit the exam. Any requests for examination re-sits must be sent in writing via email to:
