Eliminate Wine Tasting Fright!

Learning a new skill (especially the older/wiser we get) can be scary.  Frequently we see students in our classes so worried about etiquette and evaluating the wine ‘right’ that it overtakes their whole experience.  Questions abound such as: What do you do and when?  What if the person on the other side of the counter laughs at me?  What AM I supposed to be actually doing here?

Many of our classes focus on how to taste wine from a technical standpoint.  But, Kat covered the basics of wine tasting for the Idaho Press in October.  This is a quick guide for those getting ready to hit the tasting rooms this fall!
