Who is Dalla Terra? They represent and import a select portfolio of high quality, family-owned wineries from across Italy. Some of these wines are regional icons, some under the radar producers that don’t want to miss. We find their wines consistently overdeliver on quality and value and they represent some of our favorite Italian wines in the shop. Great wines, great prices, and great people.
Who is Gianfranco? Gianfranco D’Aniello was born and raised in Naples Italy. His wine career started 35 years ago in the restaurant industry and he’s expanded to represent wineries across the world with a primary focus on Italian wines. He’s a dynamic speaker with an infectious love of Italian wines and knows these wineries intimately meaning this is an event that you don’t want to miss!
What are the details? Gianfranco will guide us through a tasting of five wines from distinct regions throughout Italy sharing the facts and most importantly, the stories, behind these authentic, family-owned wineries. From Prosecco to the sun-soaked islands of Sicily and Sardinia, underappreciated Puglia to historic Montalcino, you’ll taste it all. Light cheese and charcuterie will be served to enhance your experience.
Featured wines are offered at a 10% discount for attendees (15% for wine club members!).
