Who is Quilceda Creek Winery?
As Washington state’s 12th bonded winery after prohibition, Quilceda Creek Winery has been focused solely on producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon wines since 1978. Quilceda Creek was founded by Alex Golitzin, the nephew of famed winemaker André Tchelistcheff, the renowned “Father of American Viticulture”. Combining world-renowned winemaking and decades long vineyard contracts and estate vineyards, Quilceda Creek has been the benchmark for Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon for decades.
About the Event
Quilceda Creek’s wines are highly allocated, with just a few cases allotted to Idaho each year. The vast majority of their wine is sold directly to winery club members for which there is a long waiting list.
This guided tasting, hosted by our founder, Kathryn House McClaskey, will give you an unparalleled experience with the wines of Quilceda Creek through a four-year vertical.
