Taste Club- Spring 2020

February 25, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

$35 – $480

What’s the first rule about ‘Taste Club’?  You talk about taste club (& wine)!

Love learning about wine and want to dive deeper into understanding of specific wine growing regions?  Want to explore the most classic wine styles from distinct locations across the globe?  Join House of Wine in this semi-regular Tuesday (mostly) night tasting club!

At tasting this spring,  you’ll taste 5+ different wines on a regional or style theme in a small group of up to 9 tasters.  We’ll discuss what we each taste and the potential reasons for why the wines exhibit these characteristics.  Unlike a traditional class, this tasting is more didactic and will allow you to hone your palate and work to explore wine in a structured way.  No appetizers, no formal teaching, just tasting globally and enjoying lively discussion.

The Tasting Schedule is as follows:

1/7  – Loire & Alsace

1/14 –  Bordeaux

WEDNESDAY- 1/22 – Rhone & Southern France

1/28 – Burgundy (Whites)

WEEK OFF

2/11 – Burgundy (Reds)
