French Wine and Food Series: Alsace

COURSE SYNOPSIS

Rich, full, and aromatic describe the wines of the Alsace region in France. A semi-continental climate with cold winters and warm summers, wines produced in Alsace show an intensity and concentration rarely found across the world. From sparkling wine to full aromatic whites and even a fine-tuned Pinot Noir, we’ll drink (and eat!) our way through this classic region.
