House of Wine Events
Due to the required planning and preparation for events, tickets are nonrefundable. However, they are transferable. Should you be unable to attend, consider giving your ticket to a friend, family member, or co-worker. You’ll make their day! If you have any questions about your tickets, please call or email us directly.
Tastings
We have a small tasting facility with limited reservations. As such, advanced notice of cancellations is appreciated. We require a $15 deposit to secure your private flight reservation. Tastings can be rescheduled if a 2-hour notice is provided. After 2 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.
House of Wine believes life is too short to drink bad wine. While we stand behind every wine we sell, once in awhile a bottle can be compromised. If you have a faulty wine, simply return it to us within 24 hours of opening and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We cannot accept returns of alcohol products. All other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Our store is kid-friendly but all purchasers of alcoholic beverages must be 21+. In addition, our tasting area and classroom space is limited to those 21 years of age and over.
While we love our pets, our shop is poorly suited to personal pets. It turns out that glass bottles filled with liquid are fragile. While service animals are welcome, even the friendliest fidos, felines, and other pets must remain outside. But we’re happy to send you home with a small gift for them!
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery or shipping currently. But we hope to in the future!
