French Wine and Food Series: Loire Valley

COURSE SYNOPSIS
Perhaps one of the most overlooked major French wine region, the Loire Valley follows France’s longest river, and is responsible for a wide variety of wines. With its cool climate and northerly position, the Loire produces wines with both bright acidity and dynamic fruit character that are fantastic with food. From steely Sauvignon Blanc to rich Muscadet and balanced Cabernet Franc and Gamay, we’ll explore a variety of wines paired with regionally inspired cuisine. Prepare to be enchanted by this dynamic region!
