From varied climates including coastal breezes to ample sunlight and mountain air, California embodies a world of wine production in one state. Cult Cabernet Sauvignons and robust Chardonnays hailing from Northern California are some of the best known wines in the world as is California’s own classic Zinfandel variety. But, more fruit and mineral-driven wine styles are rising in popularity showing the diversity of wines that can be produced throughout the state. COVID Policies
In light of the current COVID-19 infection, there are a variety of precautions that will be taken to ensure the health and safety of all in attendance. These policies are as follows:
*Class size is limited to 25 people with adequate spacing between groups. If you would like to sit with specific people not included in your reservation, please let us know so we can group you accordingly.
*Masks are required when not seated.
*Attendees who feel ill or show symptoms of illness may not attend.
*Any attendees who have been in contact with a person with a positive confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days may not attend.
*Attendees who have contracted COVID-19 in the past 14 days may not attend.
*All attendees must wash their hands before the course and after breaks to ensure sanitary conditions.
*Educators and exam assistants will utilize proper personal protective equipment.
*Attendees will be spaced appropriately according to state and local guidelines at the time of the course.
*Additional preventative measures may be required and the above measured amended on the course date according to state and local official policies.
