Judgment of Boise

Fifty years ago, at a blind tasting held to commemorate the United States Bicentennial, a group of California wines shocked a panel of snobbish French oenophiles by besting French white Burgundies and red Bordeaux. That tasting, now known as the “Judgment of Paris” and immortalized in the movie Bottle Shock, is widely regarded as having put Napa Valley “on the map”.
In this year of the United States Semiquincentennial, we invite you to join us for the “Judgment of Boise”. In a blind tasting of six wines, we’ll determine whether the Idaho wines grown in our backyard can hold their own against standard bearers from around the globe. Put your preconceptions aside and join us for a fun and perhaps eye-opening evening!
Light cheese and charcuterie will be served to enhance your experience.
Featured wines are offered at a 10% discount for attendees (15% for wine club members!).
