What Does a Wine Expert Drink?! Well, it depends! We enjoy matching wines to the season, our meal, our friends, and our mood! But one of our all-time favorite wine regions is Chablis, France. Electric, fresh, super food-friendly and a classic that never goes out of style. We`ve scored some amazing Chablis wines from one of the region`s top producers, Samuel Billaud. Both courses are taught by Kat, our founder and 25-year industry veteran. These courses will increase your wine knowledge and tasting skills plus they are engaging, insightful, and fun!
