Wine and Cheese Pairing

Behold, the power of cheese!  There’s an old adage that states, “Buy wine over apples and sell it over cheese” which highlights how well wine and cheese pair together.  In this class our founder Kat will guide you through a tasting of five distinct styles of wine (white, rose, orange, red, and fortified) and we’ll pair them with distinct cheeses.  We’ll explore the why behind each pairing and you’ll explore your own pairings as well.  Learn about the “cheese clock”, serving temperatures, ideal accompaniments and tips and tricks to create memorable tasting experiences.

This hands on class will leave you with more knowledge and insight into just how wine and cheese can pair together deliciously!
